Vikas is a senior finance professional and entrepreneur with over 25 years of experience across varied businesses and geographies. His experience includes working with multi-national companies and start-ups across the globe, including in India, GCC, US, UK, Australia, helping them with their growth strategy, financing, governance, investment matters, valuations, negotiations, etc. He started his work life very young getting involved with his family business in India, whilst pursuing his studies. Having completed his chartered accountancy at the age of 23, he ventured into starting his own consulting, and was instrumental in helping his clients in their audit, finance and tax matters, and gradually expanded into GCC region, and worked for businesses across different industries. Having worked as Group CFO and board advisor for multi-national companies, his experience includes raising investor capital for growth, raising/managing over $1bn debt portfolio, helping businesses achieve successful exits, etc. He continues to own and strategically invest into businesses in India, GCC, US, in varied sectors including tech, hospitality, health care and real estate. Vikas has completed his chartered accountancy from India and Entrepreneurship program from Oxford University London, he is a regular contributor of articles to business magazines and publications, and continues to mentor younger professionals in their career as a way of giving back to his profession.

Kapil carries with him in an ‘across the industry’ experience including manufacturing, trading, technology, healthcare and construction, and has been able to manage independently banking relationships, cash flow forecasting for businesses and managing their working capital on a day to day basis, ensuring optimal cash utilization. During his experience, he has been able to save interest costs for clients to the tune of millions of dollars, with strong negotiation skills and at the back of strong cash flow forecasting. Kapil is a semi-qualified chartered accountant and a graduate in commerce and accounting. He is an excellent sportsperson having played cricket and badminton at university levels.
